There are some things that will always be considered classic. A standout timepiece is one of them. With that in mind,  the International Watch Company (IWC) in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, just released its versatile 2022 Pilot’s Watch Collection in three sleek colors. Each is perfect for any watch connoisseur.

Taking inspiration from the respected TOPGUN flight school, the first watch in the collection comes in “IWC Lake Tahoe” white. Inspired by U.S. Navy uniforms, this watch embodies the serene landscape of a wintery Lake Tahoe, California. The muted white with a hint of shimmer mimics the clear water of the renowned lake, the surroundings of which are also a popular training ground for naval aviators.

Next is the “IWC Woodland.” Here, the rich, dark green color takes its cues from the flight suits donned by elite TOPGUN pilots, along with the plush forests that they fly over. Finally, the “IWC Mojave Desert” is the third colorway within the collection. With hints of khaki and beige, this watch speaks to the barren desert landscape of the Mojave’s China Lake, where the TOPGUN flight school is also located.

For more than 150 years, IWC Schaffhausen has been committed to creating timepieces that speak to the brand’s rich history while looking ahead to its future. The 2022 Pilot’s Watch Collection seamlessly combines all the key markers of a TOP GUN pilot, while still appealing to watch lovers everywhere.
